When Nathan Butt first established Butt Estates, his vision was clear: to create an estate agency in its purest form. One built on trust, integrity and a genuinely personal, one-to-one service. No departments. No call centres. Just you and us.

Since launch, Butt Estates has grown from Nathan working alone at his kitchen dining table into a highly skilled team of eight, now one of the largest sales-only estate agency teams in the local area. In just four years, this carefully considered growth has been matched by exceptional results and consistent industry recognition.

In 2023, we were proud to be awarded Best New Business at the Exeter Living Awards, alongside being recognised by the England Business Awards as Best Estate Agent in Devon.

In 2024, we were honoured to be named Best Reviewed Estate Agent in the EX3 postcode by ESTAS.

2025 marked our most successful year to date. We were awarded Silver by ESTAS as Best Estate Agent for Sales in the South West and received Gold recognition from the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards for marketing, service and results, placing Butt Estates firmly within the top 2% of estate agents nationwide.
